How to Get There

By Road: Road communications to and through Christchurch are particularly good. The M3 and M27 provide access from London and the South East whilst those coming from the Midlands have the benefit of the M40 and A34. The A35 links Southampton with Christchurch and continues through the town to Bournemouth, Poole and the South West.

By Rail: South-west Trains provide a regular rail service between London, Waterloo, Southampton, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole and Weymouth. Connecting regional and direct inter-city trains operate from Bournemouth. National enquiries: 0345-484950.

By Coach/Bus: Flightlink provide an excellent daily service (9 coaches a day) from London and Heathrow/Gatwick airports to Bournemouth Travel Interchange. Connecting bus services from Bournemouth to Christchurch are operated by Yellow Buses and Wilts & Dorset. Route and timetable information is available from the Christchurch Information Centre.
